2. Sales: Includes Review of Contract, Preparation of Riders, Workout inspection issues with clients and the other attorney. Review title, Clear title issues, Preparation of Documents, meet with clients for signatures, Review of Closing Disclosures and ALTA Reports. Attendance at closing if not done by mail. Make sure there is a smoke detector certificate and C/O.
